The importance of feeling and expressing your emotions rather than suppressing them cannot be overstated. The majority of us have been conditioned to suppress our feelings rather than experience them. Relearning how to express and witness emotions can be difficult, but it is necessary.

Having repressed emotions can lead to chronic pain and disease. In so many cases, blocked emotions can result in physical symptoms. Today, I speak with Infinity about moving through emotions using somatic teachings. Her journey to healing began after she became frustrated with the healthcare system. As a result, she realized that personal healing begins within, and can now support others on their own journey for healing.
