JC Deen – one of my favorite Podcast guests of all time is back on the show today!

JC is an online fitness coach, blogger, and now author of the new book Stay Leaner, Longer. I honestly can’t recommend this book enough.

Stay Leaner, Longer is quite possibly the best book on fitness mindset and goal achievement I’ve ever read. In this book JC makes it easy for you to put the principles for fitness success in place.
