On Episode 79 of the Joy Sandwich podcast, we welcome the wonderful and insightful Chris Maynard of the Following Films podcast to discuss the Joy of Being Scared!
When you think about being scared, the first thing that comes to mind is the horror genre in film or literature. And we get into that gruesome goodness and why we're drawn to scary things. But we also focus on the thrill of jumping into something new, overcoming our fears, and letting go of control! We explore self-control, self-esteem, and self-discovery as individuals and in relationships.
Thanks to Chris for joining us, and to you, joy monger, for listening!
