Let's all see what we can do to bring these conversations home to our kitchen tables so we can all do our part to reduce the stigma and deepen our understanding of how we can support mental wellness beyond just a superficial level. In this episode, Angela touches on how Bell media is doing wonderful things to keep the conversation going, but also, reportedly blindsided one of their major news anchor's with an abrupt dismissal.

Regardless of the reason's for the termination, which are not for us here to judge, the approach left a lot of negative fallout. Workplaces do not always put into practice their 'commitment' to workplace safety. Angela gives a few examples and encourages these discussions to continue. We only know what we know, and together, we can continue to work towards positive change.
