Download this 5 minute Music Track into your iPod and then remember to take 5 minutes a couple of times a day and just clear your mind and meditate. I like these tracks because it makes it easy to just take a few minutes, even if you have a cramped schedule, and meditate without worrying about how much time you're spending. The effects of meditation are cumulative, so 5 minutes a day is better than 35 minutes once a week. These tracks come from my "Timed Meditation Tracks" CD.
