The phrase “holding space” is very Coach specific lingo and yet, it is a skill that would benefit everyone.

Today coach Denita Bremer is here talking about what the term “holding space” means to her, how we can become better at doing it, what it means for us and others, and most importantly, how it helps us become like our Savior Jesus Christ.

Denita is a trauma coach and we have talked a lot about trauma in the last few episodes. This skill of holding space by a coach is key in helping others overcome trauma. So, if you feel like you really need a safe individual to handle your experiences, reach out to Denita so she can hold space for you in overcoming your trauma.
