Kathy discusses her history with dance as an art form and how she came to discover it as a healing practice through Esalen and her work with Gabrielle Roth. She also speaks to how dance is an unfiltered, universal language that is innate to humanity, and how subtle, internal sensations inform our movement.
Aaron and Kathy also talk about the relational levels of dance to ourselves, others, and spirit, how Open Floor has pivoted in the COVID era, and why Western society is resistant toward dancing.
