In today’s episode we will be discussing how to direct business shoots. What does it entail? How do you work differently with an entrepreneur instead of an actor? And ultimately, what can you do to create a safe and productive atmosphere on set?
- Remember: It is the job of the director to bring out the best in the client. They will be looking to you to guide them, encourage them, and ultimately direct them. So create that bond and trust early on in order to give them permission to come out of their shell.
- Research: How is your client feeling about the shoot? Check in with them before, during and after the shoot to get a gauge on where you can show up for them.
- Challenge: Start developing your process! What allows you to be at your best? What works for you and your projects? Start developing and testing a process that brings you success in your projects and in your career.
