Welcome to Lightweavings podcast, where we ask the questions, "What's dimming your light and are you ready to do something about it?"
Those questions might make you feel uncomfortable, but they need asking in order for you to reclaim your power and step into your joy.
Nourishing our bodies and souls through good nutrition and exercise is as important as breathing.
Our bodies crave nutrient-rich food, free of chemicals that our bodies don't recognize as fuel but instead reject in devastating ways to our health.
Likewise, moving our bodies is natural and fun! When our bodies are stagnant, our joints get stiff and begin to tighten, creating pain and lack of joy.

In this episode of Lightweavings Podcast, Wendy and Dawn discuss all of this as well as how the traditions and how we were raised influence our diet and exercise.

We all have some sort of an emotional attachment to food. Deprivation through strict and unnatural dieting just feeds that attachment in an unhealthy way, causing binges and guilt!

Information is the key to an awareness of what works well for our unique body. We gather that information by paying attention to what we crave when we crave it, and what we actually eat and drink.

Dawn and Wendy provide very simple tips to begin a healthy eating routine. Afterall, nourishing our bodies is an act of self-love and self-respect.
