What do you do when you’re doing all the things and don’t SEE the progress? The brain puts up resistance that:

  • This isn’t working
  • I’m not doing enough
  • This is too hard

The truth is: Health is filled with ups and downs and is not linear! Sometimes you feel the massive momentum. Other times life takes a turn and the health plan has to shift. That does not mean that you’re not going anywhere even if you don’t feel the same momentum as once was.

In this episode we’ll talk about why you want to quit when you don’t feel progress, but also how to navigate through different seasons so even when you’re not on the up-slope, you’re still making progress.
