Our BEST™ health & living looks different during seasons of crisis and major life TWISTS.

This episode we talk about a year after Jess’s family dealt with a major crisis after one daughter went into sudden cardiac arrest.

Life’s major TWISTS can lead people to spiral and give up the health plan, because it simply will not work in that season. Jess shares some encouraging insight about how her health was so automatic that she was able to SHIFT through the season, and dealing with the challenges from it as a means to honor her family and herself.

We share how faith and hope is a part of health and how the toxic stress overload can trigger some alarming responses in the body.
