Did someone say stress? What stress?!! HA!

Stress can affect your hormones. And when your hormones are out of whack, you can find yourself feeling inflamed, fluffy and yuck in your body. So it’s not always as easy as just pumping up with hormone supplements.

In this episode, Jessica shares some insight on her crazy hormone roller-coaster journey, and Tracy shares how her elevated stress levels increased some belly bloat. We will bring you some sustainable strategies on combating the changes your body might be experiencing without feeling like a failure, thinking you need to push harder or restrict more.

Stress also suppresses digestion, so even eating in a stressed, rushed state means the food you’re eating (even if it is healthy food), might not be working to it’s advantage & could be contributing to weight gain or slow weight loss.

What are we Loving this Week?

Tracy loves her dark chocolate. Dark chocolate even has a lot of good nutritional properties. When she discovered Hu Kitchen Chocolate bars with no added junk, she was all about having her small square in the evening to bring happiness to the day without the blah feeling afterwards.

Jessica shares her Trebiotic which is a Pre, Post, and Probiotic formula that helps gut health & healthier bowels (which decreases the belly bloat and might even help the weight). This link gets you $10 your first order.
