Why Consistency Can’t Look The Same

Consistency is the #1 thing that people tell us stands in the way of them having the health they long for. Sound familiar?

We know the cycle all too well: You’re in the groove. Have a good schedule. Staying up on your exercise. Then, you get sick, work demands change, family dynamics change…And what was working just isn’t feasible right now.
