Everyone is talking about gut health these days and the fact is that ‘gut health’ is not a fad. It’s more like going back to basics. The health of our gut (gastrointestinal tract) impacts not only our physical but also mental health.

To talk about this, I have nutrition and health coach Tanisha Bawa with me. She is the founder of TAN 365, a Health & Wellness Studio which aims to equip people with tools to achieve their optimum health levels. Tanisha will tell us-

-what is gut

-difference between a healthy and unhealthy gut

-how our gut health impacts our hormonal levels

-some simple practices to start healing it

-the role of probiotics and other supplements

The conversation also includes the gut-health related questions you sent me on Instagram.
