We all feel overwhelmed by life every now and then. It’s difficult to slow down and get some perspective but there are certain things that we can do for ourselves which will help in improving our mental health. Simple, little things that you don’t have to do daily and I do a few of them. In this episode, I share eleven things that help me in keeping my sanity. I don’t do all of them daily and even you don’t have to follow all of them or any of them. Do what you feel like. Take this episode as a reminder to not forget yourself. Keep learning to love yourself.
