Alongside her counseling career, she worked in Hollywood for 20 years creating special effects in major movies and gained an Academy Award as part of the team for the movie Babe. During our conversation we discuss her own journey with stress and anxiety for years, after suffering severe injuries and PTSD. By sharing her story, she shares how she came to write her latest book, called Beyond Recovery. Join us for an insightful and hopeful conversation about misunderstandings, struggles, and the limitless potential for wellness.

Chana has spent the last 30 years helping others recover from trauma, addictions, etc. and has worked with adults, children and organizations. She has spent the last 5 years helping people with physical issues including chronic pain, allergies, migraines, skin problems, IBS, and more recently hormone problems and Long Covid.
