In today's episode, I take you on the journey of the wisdom that has come to me lately regarding stress management, the nervous system and most recently, how the deeper layer of that is authenticity.

When we hide parts of ourselves, the magic gets trapped and we can feel in our bodies when we are holding ourselves back from speaking our truth or acting out of integrity and our values.

The more we hide those parts, the more we feel that anxious energy for not living in alignment with who we are at the core of our being. This signals our nervous system that we don't feel safe and the snowball effects start rolling from there. This is the information that has started clicking in my brain through my deep dive lately and is going to shape future programs. It's less now about sharing tools for stress management as the goal and more to start there and move towards peeling back the layers to bring others back to themselves so they can live in alignment with the magic of who they are at their core.

Can I get an amen?! lol
