This episode was recorded the day after my birthday on September 14th, my childhood twin soul Nicole's birthday. She would've turned 34.
My mom and I celebrated her birthday with a Lauren Daigle concert and it felt like a great opportunity to chat about how powerful of a healing tool music has been through the last 20+ years of grief.
