Nigel Martin is one of the best runners in the country with his recent Half Marathon time in Antrim, Northern Ireland ranking him number 9 in the UK. Nigel talks about his experience at the Olympic Trials at Kew Gardens and his thoughts on Carbon shoes. The lads also discuss recent races including a PB for Cal at Wilmslow Festive 10k.
