Neena vulnerably shares her growth journey following the unexpected death of her father in February of 2021. Discovering the unseen elements of her life that had needed space to be grieved, as well the powerful, somatic, and community-based support she discovered helped her teach from experience some elements in grieving you too could utilize to help make grief your friend instead of a feared enemy.
