When work and life become challenging, we often let it get the best of us. Negative thoughts spiral into our minds and often cause us to dwell on what happened in the past and/or ruminate about why life isn’t how we hoped it would be. We may even worry about what may happen in the future. All this does is cause us unnecessary stress, which then affects our health and well-being.
