Have you ever wondered how some people claim to have found food freedom and don't gain weight? Or having a more holistic approach to their health, but you can't seem to let go of the diet mindset every time you try to eat healthier. Let's talk about it.
In today's episode, I share what it means to me to let go of diet mentality, while also having discipline in my eating choices. It can sometimes feel challenging to not fall into the habits of restriction when we are attempting to be more disciplined, so I shared some tips on how you can start to shift your mindset around the whole idea.
