I used to fall in love with toxic men, have weak boundaries, and battle sugar and food addiction. I struggled with crippling anxiety, loneliness, feeling misunderstood, and constant guilt and shame. I was emotionally paralyzed and couldn't focus on living my purpose.
The answer to my prayers was releasing my Southern Baptist roots and embracing Spirituality, which literally saved my life by teaching me how to heal myself.
Years later I have rebuilt my identity and learned to deeply love, accept, and connect with myself.
My core teachings are re-building confidence, understanding and processing emotions, and reaching your highest potential with the time we've got on Earth.
I use my spiritual gifts of Reiki energy healing, clairsentience and claircognizance to support your breakthroughs. As an empath and highly-sensitive person I hear and feel the things you don't say to get you to a solution that feels good to your soul.
