On this episode of Make Life Fun we are speaking with the dynamic Rachael Blair. Rachel is the host of "Raising Vibrant Kids" which is centred around being the best mom you can and as a result raise vibrant kids.

Rachael talks about the priorities of motherhood and how important it is to always take care of yourself first. If a mom is exhausted and drained, emotions are low and you are vibrating at a low frequency which your kids pick up on and it affects theirs as well.

Once you take that time to do the work that fills you up, you have an opportunity to raise your kids from a place of love and patience which leads to happier children.

Her secret weapon is using music to adjust the vibration and emotions in her home for herself and her children. She is a powerhouse mother and woman.
