The 2nd episode of the Manga UK podcast, hosted by Anime Chronicle’s Jeremy Graves, and featuring Manga Entertainment’s Jerome Mazandarani and Schoolgirl Milky Crisis author Jonathan Clements. From Dragon Ball Z to Blue Exorcist, Cabin in the Woods to Battleship, your questions are answered in Ask Manga UK and more!

Episode two, recorded 20th April 2012.

You may occasionally hear the sound of a London bus braking, or girls outside the studio screaming because it started raining, even the sound of fire engines going by, but it won't affect your enjoyment of the programme.

00:00 – 00:06:46. An impromptu discussion (Jeremy sneaked the mic on when the others weren't looking) on observations of London, how many times Hayao Miyazaki thinks you should visit the cinema every year, and selling titles in high street retailers.

00:06:46 – 00:43:03. Introductions, talk on new and forthcoming releases, discussion on Dragon Ball Z and Blue Exorcist being released on DVD in the UK (including detailed information on the decision behind the latter being a subtitle only release). Also (spoiler-free) talk on the movie Cabin in the Woods and an interesting fact on the market for Blu-Ray worldwide.

00:43:03 - 1:07:08. The community portion of the program known as “Ask Manga UK” where we take a variety questions submitted via Facebook & Twitter and answer them for you. This time topics include the possibility of more subtitle only titles, re-releases of titles previously owned by other licensors, the Anime Boom and more.
Remember that all questions submitted for “Ask Manga UK” are kept and could be used at a later date! Enjoy the show.
