Today I talk to Dr. Nafisa Sekandari about anxiety, gut bacteria, and aromatherapy. She is is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety-based disorders. She’s also the founder and director of Mental Health4Muslims.com and the creator of the online self-paced course “Transforming Anxiety”. She currently has her own podcast called “Mental Health Break” where she shares practical solutions for a healthy mind.
