Happy New Year! A large portion of the population who set New Year's resolutions focus on health goals, specifically losing weight. In this episode kicking off season 4 of the podcast, we highlight the important tips/steps in facilitating a healthy transformation. With years of personal training and health coaching experience, along with 4 top-five finishes competing in men's physique, we share an empathetic perspective factoring in many of the challenges that people face when taking on these goals.
