Life is meant to be lived, savored, and loved. My next guest on the show, Michelle Viña Baltsas, understands this. Michelle is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Body Image Coach, and she wants you, as midlife women, to know that even though you’re going through significant changes on the inside and often the outside, your self-worth should be unconditional. She wants women to love the bodies they're in now.

Michelle brings a mind-body holistic approach to her coaching work and specializes in working with women who struggle with yo-yo dieting and body dissatisfaction. She focuses on three key areas of diet recovery which include self-compassion, gratitude, and acceptance.
