Most Influential Person- My wife and son.
- I'm much more aware of my emotions and I notice they don't hold me hostage as in the past. Once I'm aware of my emotions, it feels as though everything will be okay.
- Doing effective deep breathing at various times of the day is way more impactful than I would have imagined when I was younger. I highly recommend paying more attention to your breathing. I love Wim Hoff Breathing. Check it out at www.wimhofmethod.com
