Judas Priest’s ‘Sad Wings Of Destiny’ consolidated many of Metal’s traits from the early 70s into a new sound that would lead the 2nd Wave Of British Heavy Metal and hugely influence the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal in the early 80s.
