Today, we're going to talk about something that I think a lot of us struggle with - rediscovering the joy of food and eating.

I was recently chatting with a prospective client about their relationship with food, and it got me thinking about how anxious thoughts and guilt can really impact our eating experience. But it doesn't have to be that way! I want to invite you to join me in this conversation, and explore the possibility of enjoying food again.
