It’s the most important ministry within the church, and yet it’s oftentimes the most overlooked. In this episode we sit down for a conversation with Pastor and NextGen Denominational Leader, Tami Jones, on ministry to the Next Generation (NextGen). Tami unpacks for us trends in NextGen Ministry, best practices for NextGen Leaders, wisdom in leading NextGen Leaders on your team, and of course, how to escape from a blender if you were suddenly a No. 2 pencil. Let's GOOO!
