Ever hear that phrase “you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with”?

In 2022, it should be updated to “you are the sum of who you follow on social media”

Every time you scroll you are being subconsciously influenced. Shaping your thoughts, opinions, and ideas…

Think about it. Have you ever gone down the rabbit hole about a specific health regmine that you’ve been seeing on your feed (red light, enemas, saunas, castor oil, dry brushing, Kim etc)?

Do you feel like you “need it” to get healthy?

Or do you immediately “add to cart” after seeing someone’s Instagram story because you saw it worked for them?

We’re all guilty of it!

The health and wellness world can be extremely overwhelming, especially in the social media space.

This is why we MUST protect our “feeds of influence.”
