Hi mom friends,
*Warning* - We do speak about the details of our pregnancy losses.
This episode was created to bring you hope and community on your journey through a pregnancy loss or the grieving process of it. In a way, it's our way of keeping our experiences alive & validating our lost babies by speaking about them.

Through it, we hope to laugh together, cry together, and lean on the ultimate source of hope in our story of grief, disappointment and lost babies. I suppose no one knows what to do or what to really expect when it happens to you. And it happens a lot- more than current statistics reflect. Some public figures or celebrities will speak briefly about it, but is often glossed over, especially how to get through it or how to recover.

Everybody has to honour their own process with it. Some don’t want to talk about it, and we feel they should 100% be entitled to not talk about it. But we do think culturally if we could see a full shift into at least giving people the option that it’s OK

Here is our slice of pain, our broken hearts, in a podcast to commemorate our lost babies. Because they matter.
