One of the sad truths about the field of therapy is that there isn't enough positive guidance or mentorship for folks who are new to the field- and the result, often, is exploitation and/or misery. This week, Ben Esch, AMFT, sat down with me to discuss some of the pitfalls and red flags that prelicensed people might encounter in the world of therapy (as well as some of the good stuff).
