My Tiny Cook Spot is on the road to talk food fusion with Calvin and Tiff. And to keep it interesting my guests have decided to show me how to prepare the same dish in three different ways. The recipe of Mapo Tofu will be lovingly created in the classic Szechuan variation, Taiwan variation, and a “Fusion” variation made with beef bourguignon stock. How will we be able to eat it all?
