Can you imagine experiencing an unimaginable loss and finding a way to turn it into a journey of self-discovery and wellness?
Our guest, Erin Tennant, a certified health and wellness coach, takes us along on her life-altering journey. Erin experienced the heartbreaking loss of her son, Max, at seven months gestation. Instead of letting it break her, she used this devastating experience as a catalyst for personal transformation, losing 130 pounds and launching her own health and wellness business, Grow Well Coaching.
In the first half of this episode, Erin and I delve into the raw emotions surrounding the loss of a loved one. We discuss the importance of self-acceptance during the grieving process and Erin gives us a glimpse into her own body image journey after suffering a loss. We contrast this with another person's story of feeling betrayed by their body after a similar experience.
