Emotions were running high as I watched my son say "I do" and embark on his own life journey. This significant event sparked a whirlwind of emotions and personal growth, which I can't wait to share with you. From experiencing the immense joy of my son's wedding, to confronting the heartache of personal loss, I've learned to fully embrace the spectrum of feelings - a concept that I believe everyone should grasp.
Recently, I've also been immersing myself in NeuroLinguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnosis, unlocking powerful tools to help my clients reprogram their unconscious minds. By replacing the doom and gloom narratives we often live in, these techniques foster transformational changes. But it doesn't stop there, I've got some thought-provoking insights to share about handling the holiday chaos, specifically, how to foster connection and provide support during these difficult times. We explore the concept of giving ourselves some breathing space and the importance of understanding our needs, alongside practical tips for making the most of this holiday season.
