Today we're talking about the Human Deconditioning process! I'm starting at the basics and covering some great questions from our community:

  • What is deconditioning?
  • How does it happen mechanically in the bodygraph?
  • How does it manifest in our lives?
  • What's the best way to begin the deconditioning process?
  • What to do if you're not feeling like "following" or implementing part of your Design?
  • Can we talk about how painful the deconditioning process can be?
  • How do you deconditioning the undefined/open ego as a Generator?
  • Is it different to decondition after the age of 50?
  • What are some simple, everyday things to do/keep in mind in the deconditioning process that add up over time?
  • Does deconditioning just happen to you, or is it something you have to work at?
