When someone close to you loses a loved one it can be hard to know what to do or how to help. This week we are joined by guest Aly Bird who experienced the loss of her husband at the age of 30. Through this experience, Aly was driven to do something about the way we treat the bereaved. Aly joins us to share her experience and talk about her book, Grief Ally, which defines Grief Allyship and teaches people how to show up and support their grieving loved ones.
