We-we-we-we work outtttt. We’re sexy and we know it - and as GREAT as that song is, it’s a dismal (albeit catchy) example what’s wrong with the way we think about exercise. Exercise is NOT about how you look, and it does not define your worth as a human. In this episode, we talk about enjoying our workouts, taking rest days, and how we’ve grown to change the way we approach movement. We get real about the fitness world, gyms, stress, chronic overexercise, challenging the idea of exercise as morality, and so much more.
