We talked about how men seem to be less masculine and the increase in infertility in today’s time.

Scott Howell, PhD, CSCS, ABHRT-C is the Clinical Research and Education Director of Optimize U and Professor of Health Science at Optimize U Health Sciences and Colorado State University. Dr. Howell holds a Ph.D. in Health Science from Trident University, a Master of Science in Sport and Health Science from American Military University, a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Health Science from American Military University, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Forsyth Technical College as well as two additional doctorates. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS), periodization strength and conditioning expert (PSC-E), an exercise scientist, and epidemiologist with research interests in periodization training for sports, the long-term harm of performance-enhancing drug use, and endocrine disrupting chemicals exposure.

A bit about me (Dr. Orest Komarnyckyj)

Dr. Orest Komarnyckyj enjoyed a prestigious career as a periodontal regenerative surgeon moving to a new passion in June 2018. He retired after a 33-year career to pursue new passions. At 70 Dr. Orest has taken on a new role as an Interviewer, Podcaster, and government-certified Old Guy. He streams from his new home in Las Vegas, NV. He lives with his wife of 30 years, Oksana. His status as an empty-nester with two college-employed children has left him with time and energy to share decades of successes, failures, and wisdom.
