What happens when you realize that the career you worked so ridiculously hard for is no longer for you? Starting over is never easy, but the anguish ends when you finally do.

Just when Louis James Kwakye was eyeing an impressive career in athletics, his physical health faced an unimaginable low. The battle with a damaged Achilles tendon was a life-changing pivot that had Louis leave the sport forever. Little did he know then that the lessons learned from his time in it would impact the rest of his life.
