After conducting over 5,000 exit interviews as a recruitment consultant, Kim Seeling Smith founded a company that would match the needs of the employees with the ones of the organizations. In this way, smart performers love their job and give their best, while companies manage their expectations properly as well.

Kim decided to focus on what performers need to be fully motivated and to help companies and employees find common ground. She emphasizes that lack of passion equals lack of productivity. 'We lose so much productivity by having people that aren't able to do their best work and love doing it.' She says that even apparently insignificant things can make big differences. Also, she mentions one key thing, which applies everywhere not only in the workplace: 'we can't be all things to all people.'
