We learned a TON today chatting with Meghan Kasper a pelvic floor occupational therapist. There are SO many ways a pelvic floor therapist can make a difference! A part of our infertility awareness month, we didn't realize just how much more there is. Learn along with us in today's podcast!

Meghan is a pelvic floor occupational therapist, myofasicial release therapist, and massage therapist practicing in North Andover MA. She specializes in working with prenatal and postpartum women, helping them to prepare and recover from birth holistically. She is also a mentor to pelvic floor therapists. Meghan is a mom to two boys and loves hiking, playing, soccer, skiing, and is a life long learner.
