One thing I’ve really focused on over the past couple of years is what some might describe as “radical transparency.”

While many people on social media are out there creating a highlight reel on the front-end but suffering miserably on the back-end, my goal is to give you real insights into both my personal and professional life, so you can see what it’s really like to have a family, run your own business, and attempt to do all the things.

So in today’s episode, we’re going to reflect on my previous episode titled 2024 Dreams, Goals and Aspirations, to see if I’m really on track to get what I want to done this year.

Great – let’s do this!

As long as the people who are listening are deriving value and becoming better at the craft by listening to the show, then we’re on the right track. – Mike Robertson

This Week on the Physical Prep Podcast:

  • A quick overview and recap as to what’s new so far in 2024.
  • My primary goals for 2024, and how I’m doing on them so far.
  • How my physical goals mesh with my professional goals, and things I still need to work on here.
  • The IFAST 4.0 buildout, and insights as to the future of the gym.
  • Why re-building my Program Design Mentorship was such a great experience for me (and the people who joined the group).
  • My thoughts on the new and improved IFAST University.
  • Final thoughts on Q1, and what I need to accomplish to really move the need in Q2.
