Pilates Alliance Podcast Season 5, Episode 02: Angelina Cetin

In this season of the Pilates Alliance Podcast series, Daniela Di Fabio from the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA) is speaking with some of our student members.

Today Daniela is joined by Angelina Cetin from Melbourne. Angelina is currently studying the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with National Pilates Training and is also a Primary School teacher.

[00:01:37] Angelina explains what drew her to the Pilates Method and that a lot of the motivation in doing the diploma was for personal growth and development to understand it from a deeper level.

[00:02:32] For Angelina some of the highlights of the course have the faculty members with their variety of backgrounds and perspectives.

[00:02:58] Daniela asks about the aspects of the study that Angelina is most drawn to.

[00:03:52] Angelina describes some of her mentors and sources of inspiration - Rael Isacowitz and the Franklin Method.

[00:04:24] Studying and practicing with the other students in the course has also been a help.

[00:04:56] Angelina relates how being a primary school teacher has influenced her Pilates teaching.
