Matt talks about making sure that you become important, finding the right lending partners and seeking out others in the same industry. Matt Brawner lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and two children. In 2011 he and five other partners formed Minnesota Capital Management (MCM) and purchased a single town-home in Ramsey, Minnesota. Today they have an ownership interest in over 500 doors with investments in multiple states.
