Poling is hard on the best of days... and even harder when you've injured yourself. Be it from pole, outside of pole, or something chronic, it sucks.
I chatted with Colleen Jolly about Poling Through Major Injury Setbacks and she had some amazing advice for those returning, recovering, and even just preventing injury.
