In this episode Lindsay interviews the incredible Nicole Sachs (LCSW)! Nicole is a speaker, writer, podcaster and psychotherapist who has dedicated her work and her practice to the treatment of chronic pain, symptoms, syndromes and conditions. Her work builds on the work of Dr John Sarno who found the connection between chronic pain and other conditions like ME/CFS and repressed anger in his patient. Nicole has gone the extra mile, providing practical tools (described in this podcast) for healing through her Journalspeak practice. In this talk, she describes what to do, what not to do and how it all works! She also describes the 3 steps to healing- believe, do the work, patience and kindness to the self. For links to Nicole’s book, The Meaning of Truth and her online course FREEDOM FROM CHRONIC PAIN, check out her website at https://www.thecureforchronicpain.com/ .
